If the product does not suit you and you want to return it, you can do it.

We accept returns made within 7 days of purchase on merchandise that is unused, with the identification tags, in the original packaging, and have a return request. 

We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging.

For International orders, shipping, customs duties, and sales taxes are non-refundable through MATURELLI.

 

For all International return requests, follow the instructions provided.  

MATURELLI reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. Upon confirmation of the return after receiving the parcel, the order amount is refunded, taking into account the deducted amount for delivery.

 

 If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.

Items on SALE or items labeled "PREORDER" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Note that you are responsible for shipping and handling expenses and they are non-refundable.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products.

 

If you would like to request a return, please email info.maturelli@gmail.com with your Name and order number with reasoning. We may request an image of the item for consideration.

All exchanges are based on stock availability.
